Sorting Machines
Our inspection systems are used on all screw-sorting machines of the company Pace.
The measurement of screws, turning workpieces and products processed by die cutters is carried out by using up to 8 cameras with a maximum speed of 1500 parts per minute PPM.
Surface Inspection
SurchSC is our inspection technology for the fastener industry.
By means of of our systems it’s possible to check the following aspects

- Sealing surfaces
- Under-head inspection
3D Inspection
We are using brand new camera technology to execute 3D measurements at high speed.
The new method is currently used to check recess and head geometry, but the application range is constantly extended.

Handling
Besides the plain functionalitiy of our products an easy handling for the end user is one of our primary goals. We allow the operator to configurate and to change the system without the need of special knowledge. This service is accompanied by comprehensive online help and the intuitive handling of the system. An easy handling is provided because of the usage of a touch-screen with a clearly arranged user interface.
Hardware-Independence
Our software is hardware-independent and can be extended by new hardware (cameras, CPU, illumination, etc.) by simple integaration using new drivers. We want to ensure that future developments of hardware can be used without changes. That also applies to the upgrade of existing systems.
Speed
The newest software technologies which we use guarantee the optimal use of existing hardware resources. Examples are the usage of GigE-cameras and extensive multi-threading.
Extensibility
The software framework is modularly designed and allows for extension of functionalitiy in all areas. We use special concepts as tools in the image processing, i.e. complex BV-analyses are composed of existing and elementar tools. This task is done by the software and is transparent for the user.
