Retrofitting of old Pace machines
- Minimum changes by keeping the existing machine control unit (PLC). Only the vision-system components are exchanged.

We provide two possibilities to upgrade from A2 and A3 vision systems to our inspection systems.
QuaVis Technologies GmbH took over the product field of sorting screws, turning workpieces and products processed by die cutters.
The result is the new A10 system, which replaces the existing A2 and A3 systems and which was extended by basic and novel functionalities. But the known A2 and A3 functions were kept in order to provide an unproblematic transition to the A10 system.
Despite conventional systems the A10 system is electronically compatible and can replace A2 and the A3 systems on existing PACE machines without big changes.
Since many years all PACE screw-sorting machines are equipped with our inspection systems.
