Our inspection systems are applied using the sorting-machines produced by the company PACE Automation Ltd, GB in corporation with the company Hilker & Partner in Stuttgart.

QuaVis Technologies GmbH took over the product field of sorting screws, turning workpieces and products processed by die cutters.

The result is the new A10 system, which replaces the existing A2 and A3 systems and which was extended by basic and novel functionalities. But the known A2 and A3 functions were kept in order to provide an unproblematic transition to the A10 system.

Despite conventional systems the A10 system is electronically compatible and can replace A2 and the A3 systems on existing PACE machines without big changes.

• Measured data can easily and quickly be evaluated and integrated into databases (Microsoft Office, SQL, etc.).
• An "Eichteil" administration is integrated.
• An optional, automatical or regular data back-up is warranted.
• Consequently, A10 systems have a reduced price and a substantially higher performance compared to A2 and A3 types.
