Inspection systems for the solar industry
Our latest product line of inspection machines covers all production steps in PV industry from raw wafers to assembly of solar panels.
This includes all parameters which can be measured optically, e.g cell geometry, microcracks, cracks, cell color, bending, wafer width, saw marks, etc.
Please note our new systems for fast and reliable detection of cracks, microcracks and inclusions in solar wafers and solar cells.

Sorting machines
For many years our image processing systems have been used on the famous screw-sorting machines from the company PACE.
The measurement of screws, turning workpieces and products processed by die cutters is carried out bysuing up to 5 cameras with a maximum speed of 1500 PPM.
